About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Handle outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
2. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, etc.).
3. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
4. Maintain CRM data accurately and follow up with potential clients regularly.
5. Handle end-to-end operations for domestic and international travel itineraries.
6. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and local partners for bookings.
7. Prepare travel documents such as vouchers, itineraries, and confirmations and share them with the sales team and the client.
8. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding bookings, changes, or updates.
9. Monitor ongoing trips, provide support in case of issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
10. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and vendor agreements.
11. Assist in process improvements for better efficiency and service delivery.
