About the Job
Key responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain academy courses.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed course information.
Follow up with leads via phone/WhatsApp and maintain records.
Persuade and guide students/parents to take admissions.
Schedule counseling sessions/demo classes.
Maintain daily call reports and meet admission targets.
Requirements:
Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers welcome).
Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge.
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
