We are seeking a motivated and persuasive credit card telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining credit card features and benefits, and guiding them through the application process.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
2. Pitch various credit card products based on customer needs.
3. Explain card features, eligibility criteria, terms, and benefits clearly.
4. Follow up with interested prospects to complete the application process.
5. Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of all interactions.
6. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
7. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all conversations.
8. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.
9. Follow compliance and regulatory standards.
