About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Patient inquiry & information: Handle outbound calls, answer questions about IVF, fertility services, costs, and success rates, and provide detailed information about treatment options.
2. Appointment & coordination: Schedule consultations, diagnostic tests, and other appointments, coordinating with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff.
3. Patient counseling & support: Counsel patients on treatments with empathy, provide reassurance, and guide them through the initial stages of the IVF process.
4. Follow-up & lead conversion: Conduct follow-up calls to check on patient progress and encourage them to proceed with treatment, converting leads into appointments.
5. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, update the CRM system, and ensure data integrity.
6. Target achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, appointments booked, and patient conversions.
