About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. Prior experience in real estate telesales is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with outstanding communication abilities.Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential real estate projects.
2. Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
3. Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
4. Provide accurate information about the property, pricing, amenities, and other project details.
5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
6. Coordinate with the field sales team and ensure smooth handovers of leads.
7. Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telecalling/telesales experience in the real estate industry preferred.
Fluency in English, Hindi is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
