About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Patient Communication: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing patients to provide information on services, promotions, treatments, and health packages.
2. Appointment Management: Schedule appointments, guide patients to medical consultations, and make follow-up calls to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
3. Information & Support: Answer patient inquiries about their health, services, and policies, and provide support in a compassionate manner.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all call interactions, patient information, and follow-up actions in the hospital's system.
5. Coordination: Work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication and to resolve patient requests.
6. Complaint Handling: Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns professionally, referring unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
