About the Job
As a Telecaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and customers. Your main goal will be to generate leads and set up appointments for our sales team.Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to prospects and customers to pitch our products and services.
2. Maintaining a database of leads and updating customer information in MS-Office.
3. Following up with customers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met and goals are achieved.
6. Utilizing computer skills to input and manage customer data effectively.
7. Demonstrating proficiency in spoken English and Tamil to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
