About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to students in STEM subjects.
2. Assist in developing and delivering engaging STEM lessons, workshops, and activities.
3. Support students in understanding STEM concepts through tutoring, coaching, and project guidance.
4. Share personal academic/career experiences to promote STEM pathways.
5. Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment for diverse learners.
6. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to program staff and parents (as applicable).
7. Collaborate with educators, program coordinators, and other mentors.
8. Participate in training, meetings, and professional development as required.
