About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for small & medium class RPAS (remotely piloted aircraft systems).
2. Teach modules including regulations, principles of flight, ATC procedures, meteorology, payload operations, and flight safety.
3. Provide hands-on flight training on DGCA-approved drone models.
4. Assess trainee performance, conduct flight tests, and provide constructive feedback.
5. Ensure strict adherence to aviation safety standards, company SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
6. Maintain training records, student progress reports, and logbooks.
7. Assist in curriculum design, updates, and training material preparation.
8. Support in organizing flight demonstrations, workshops, and awareness programs.
9. Stay updated with the latest drone technology, regulatory updates, and industry trends.
