About the Job
Role summary:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling mild steel products (HR coils, CR sheets, galvanized sheets) and will contribute to increasing revenue, market presence, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
2. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Product Knowledge: Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of our MS products and guide them in selecting the right products for their needs.
4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
5. Order Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order placement, coordination with the logistics team, and ensuring timely delivery.
6. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market feedback.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
