About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered product flows including candidate interview simulations, recruiter dashboards, landing pages, and onboarding journeys.
2. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes; conduct quick user and stakeholder tests to validate design decisions and improve usability.
3. Translate designs into responsive, production-ready front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular) ensuring consistency and performance across devices.
4. Establish scalable design guidelines and reusable UI components that ensure brand consistency and streamline collaboration with engineers.
5. Continuously refine landing pages, flows, and dashboards to improve clarity, accessibility, engagement, and business KPIs such as signups and conversions.
