About the Job
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Executive to join our team and manage our incident reporting control panel. This dashboard is the central hub where users submit reports of incidents occurring at both national and local levels. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these reports are accurately reviewed, moderated, and broadcasted to the appropriate user groups.Key responsibilities:
1. Review and verify incident reports submitted through the dashboard for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
2. Moderate user submissions to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and reporting standards
3. Classify and prioritize incidents based on severity, location, and category
4. Coordinate with internal teams or user groups to ensure timely broadcasting of verified reports
5. Maintain clear communication channels with users to clarify or validate report details when necessary
6. Monitor dashboard activity to detect unusual patterns, duplicate entries, or misinformation
7. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive incident information
8. Generate summaries or reports of incident trends for internal review and decision-making
9. Collaborate with technical teams to improve the reporting and moderation process
10. Uphold transparency, reliability, and integrity in all aspects of incident reporting and dissemination
All reports will be broadcasted with a pre-written script, and full training will be provided.
