Key responsibilities:1. Provide real-time interpretation (voice/video calls) between English and Nepali.
2. Assist customers with queries through effective communication.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Work in 24/7 rotational shifts (night shifts & weekends included; 5 working days, 2 rotational offs).
