About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to website landing pages, brochures, flyers, social media, etc.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts
3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring brand guidelines are followed
4. Keep up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of design work
5. Prepare files for production, ensuring accurate and high-quality output for print or digital use
6. Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and clients
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
