About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Collaborating closely with the client’s deal team to support live and prospective M&A and capital markets transactions.
2. Preparing detailed Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), Pitchbooks, teasers, and other marketing materials.
3. Building and maintaining robust 3-statement financial models, including projections, sensitivities, and scenario analyses.
4. Conducting detailed valuation analyses including precedent transactions, trading comps, and DCF.
5. Creating target and buyer lists and supporting outreach efforts.
6. Assisting in ad hoc strategic and analytical projects as required by the client’s deal team.
