1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from workforce planning to successful onboarding of top talent.
2. Partner with department heads to understand business needs and design effective hiring strategies.
3. Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
4. Drive employee engagement programs, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workplace culture.
5. Oversee HR operations, including compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
6. Support performance management processes, learning & development initiatives, and career progression planning.
7. Act as a trusted HR partner by addressing employee concerns, fostering positive relations, and promoting retention.
8. Contribute to strategic HR projects that directly impact organizational growth and long-term success.
