1. Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other innovative channels.
2. Review and screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
4. Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain recruitment dashboards for progress updates.
5. Drive candidate engagement by following up regularly and delivering a smooth recruitment experience.
6. Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms.
7. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
8. Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and smooth induction of new employees.
