About the Job
Job Description:As a Digital Marketing Executive at Dole's Music, you will play a key role in driving business growth through digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to generate qualified client leads for our music/audio services. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing) to attract and convert potential clients(through meta and Google Ads).
2. Campaign Management: Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads is a must) with a focus on ROI and lead conversion.
3. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and CRM, providing actionable insights.
4. Identify, test and optimize new lead generation channels (e.g., platforms like chatwoot, emerging tools and community-driven channels) to expand our reach and improve conversion opportunities.
5. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, improve conversion rates, and refine customer acquisition strategies.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on music industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools.
