Key responsibilities:1. Develop and manage distributor & retail network to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors in assigned areas.
3. Build & maintain strong business relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
4. Monitor secondary & primary sales to ensure business growth.
5. Plan & execute area-specific sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
6. Track competitor activities and market trends to strategize accordingly.
7. Train and motivate sales team/distributors for better performance.
8. Regular reporting of area performance to senior management.
