About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to handle multiple hiring priorities.Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
2. Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
4. Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and share structured feedback.
5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company’s brand professionally.
Note:
1. Location: Rishabh Vihar, Karkardooma (work from office).
2. Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).
