Key responsibilities:1. Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors at the office.
2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
3. Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings with counsellors.
4. Provide accurate information about study abroad services and guide visitors to the right department.
5. Manage the office reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
6. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
7. Explain services, answer queries, and schedule counselling sessions.
8. Follow up with leads, update CRM/lead management system, and track conversion status.
9. Maintain a polite, professional, and student-friendly approach during calls.
10. Support the admissions and counselling team by ensuring leads are properly qualified before meetings.
