About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
2. Cold call or reach out to leads through various channels to create sales opportunities
3. Answer basic-level questions about products or the company
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and negotiate pricing based on inputs by sales head and close deals
5. Maintain customer information and progress in the CRM
6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
7. Maintain sales pipeline with accuracy
8. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
9. Keep records of calls, visits and sales and note useful information
10. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
11. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business and enable year-on-year subscription renewal
