Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Implementation Executive to be stationed full-time at one of our partner hotels. Your role will be to ensure smooth day-to-day use of our system, assist and train the kitchen team, and act as the bridge between the hotel and the ForgeVision team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a hotel management or hospitality background who enjoys interacting with people and learning how technology is changing the industry.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operation of the installed system at the hotel
2. Train and guide chefs and kitchen staff on proper usage
3. Monitor performance and promptly report any issues to the central team
4. Collect feedback, observe usage patterns, and suggest improvements
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with hotel staff and management
6. Prepare short daily/weekly updates on usage and adoption
