Key responsibilities:1. Oversee end-to-end operations of clinics including setup, staff coordination, and daily functioning.
2. Identify, evaluate, and support finalization of new clinic locations.
3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and landlords for smooth setup and maintenance.
4. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service quality standards.
5. Manage inventories, logistics, and administrative tasks.
6. Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
7. Assist management in clinic expansion projects.
