About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage website backend operations including order updates, shipment tracking, and inventory records
2. Monitor and reconcile transactions while handling payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Snapmint, etc.)
3. Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and credit notes using Zoho Books, Odoo, or similar CRM/accounting software
4. Prepare operational reports and ensure data accuracy across all systems
