Key responsibilities:1. Manage day-to-day operations of the facility
2. Handle court reservations and scheduling efficiently
3. Supervise the café/lounge and coordinate with staff/vendors
4. Welcome guests, ensure their needs are met, and provide a premium hospitality experience
5. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall ambience of the premises
6. Track usage, prepare basic reports, and assist with events/activations
7. Act as the first point of contact for members and resolve concerns promptly
