Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and leads. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to align with business goals • Manage and grow the company’s and clients’ social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) • Create engaging content, including graphics, reels, stories, captions, and hashtags • Monitor trends, insights, and competitor activity to optimize content • Run paid campaigns (basic knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred) • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, ROI, etc.) • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner Required Skills & Qualifications: • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices • Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative mindset and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Certification in Digital/Social Media MarketingNumber of Openings
