About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
2. Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and community management across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
3. Create engaging content (graphics, reels, stories, blogs) aligned with the brand
4. guidelines. Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports on KPIs.
5. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns for better ROI.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
7. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
1. Proven 0-1 years of experience as a Social Media Manager/Executive/Specialist.
2. Strong knowledge of different platforms and their algorithms.
3. Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
4. Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
5. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
