About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Talent sourcing: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various roles using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
2. Candidate screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Hiring manager collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Interview coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
5. Applicant tracking system (ATS) Management: Maintaining candidate records, managing applications, and ensuring an organized database throughout the hiring process.
6. Offer management: Communicating job offers to selected candidates and managing the negotiation process.
7. Onboarding support: Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
8. Reporting and strategy: Tracking hiring metrics, analyzing recruitment effectiveness, and providing reports to improve recruitment strategies.
