About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Business development & client acquisition:
1. Identify, approach, and onboard schools (government & private), educational institutions, and decision-makers (principals, school owners, coordinators) for LBD Robotics’ smart education solutions.
2. Build a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calls, school visits, seminars, and education fairs.
3. Generate leads using LBD’s databank of ATL-equipped schools and expand outreach to new territories.
B. Product presentation & consultation:
1. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of ATL Labs, Smart Classrooms, Interactive Panels, Robotics Kits, and Digital ERP solutions.
2. Understand client needs and customize offerings to match compliance, training, and technology requirements.
3. Assist schools with government/CSR grant utilization (e.g., Atal Innovation Mission ATL grants).
C. Sales conversion & revenue growth:
1. Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation → proposal submission → negotiation → deal closure.
2. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company revenue goals.
3. Upsell and cross-sell consumables, equipment refresh, training programs, and AMC services.
D. Compliance & documentation support:
1. Guide schools in completing compliance documentation: ATL Utilization Certificates, audit packs, stock registers, photo evidence, and portal uploads.
2. Ensure timely submission of proposals, tenders, and required documentation for both government and private schools.
E. Relationship management:
1. Maintain strong relationships with school management, teachers, and education department officials.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to resolve issues, track orders, and ensure satisfaction.
3. Build long-term partnerships to secure repeat and recurring revenue.
F. Market intelligence & reporting:
1. Track competitor offerings, pricing, and new tenders in the education technology sector.
2. Provide weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and territory mapping to the Sales Manager.
3. Share on-ground feedback from schools to improve product strategy and service quality.
G. Training & event participation:
1. Organize and support ATL workshops, bootcamps, and teacher orientation programs.
2. Represent LBD Robotics at exhibitions, education summits, and CSR-driven events.
3. Promote brand presence through product showcases and engagement activities.
