About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct financial analysis, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comps), and modeling to support deal execution.
2. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials.
3. Assist in due diligence, data room management, and coordination with legal and accounting teams.
4. Support senior bankers in M&A, IPO, debt issuance, and other capital market transactions.
5. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and potential deal opportunities.
6. Manage and analyze large data sets, create dashboards and summaries for client use.
7. Maintain communication with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
