As an HR Executive at Let'Stay, you will play a key role in managing our most valuable asset - our people. Your expertise in English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse team. Your experience in recruitment will help us attract top talent to join our growing company. Proficiency in MS-Office will enable you to efficiently organize and analyze HR data.1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HR database).
3. Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of inputs.
4. Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.).
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
6. Handle employee queries, grievances, and support in conflict resolution.
