About the Role:
Ayathana.com is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can produce impactful designs, edit videos, and manage content workflows that strengthen brand identity and support fundraising campaigns. This role also supports Wishwa and its associated entities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design: Create engaging visuals for digital platforms (social media, website, marketing). Develop concepts aligned with brand guidelines and collaborate with internal teams.
2. Video Editing: Edit and produce videos with animations, graphics, effects, and sound to support promotions and social campaigns.
3. Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and monitor content across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement.
4. Coordination: Work with freelance writers, designers, and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
5. Quality Control: Review and approve content, ensuring it meets brand and quality standards.
6. Content Strategy: Contribute ideas to content strategies, keeping up with design and marketing trends.
