What we’re not looking for:Low-code developers who rely on Elementor or other visual builders and only apply minor CSS tweaks.
Developers who depend on third-party themes and plugins for most of their work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch (without page builders; Gutenberg preferred).
2. Implement advanced hooks (Actions & Filters) for extending functionality.
3. Write clean, scalable, and standards-compliant code adhering to the latest WordPress best practices.
4. Build and maintain custom plugins (10–15+ custom plugins preferred).
5. Optimize websites for Google PageSpeed and GTmetrix performance benchmarks.
6. Collaborate via Git-based workflow for version control and deployment.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance WordPress-based applications.
