About the Job
Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect, clean, and analyze e-commerce sales, marketing, and operations data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Dashboard Management – Create and maintain performance dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel, BI tools) for real-time business tracking.
3. Market & Competitor Research – Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product trends to inform strategic decisions.
4. Performance Tracking – Measure ROI of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and platform performance (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
5. Process Optimization – Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed process improvements.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, supply chain, product, and tech teams to align on growth initiatives.
7. Product Listing & Optimization Support – Assist in ensuring product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and updated across marketplaces.
8. Ad-hoc Analysis – Provide quick, actionable insights to support decision-making for senior leadership.
