About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, reels, stories, etc.) regularly.
2. Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with the audience to build a community email, WhatsApp.
3. Monitor insights and analytics to track growth and engagement.
4. Work towards growing followers and increasing online visibility.
5. Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints efficiently.
6. Generate and qualify leads via email, phone calls, and social media outreach.
8. Maintain and update the lead database in an organized and timely manner.
9. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to convert leads into customers.
10. Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation metrics.
11. Understand the company’s products and services to effectively pitch to prospects.
12. Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, etc.).
13. Monitor online inventory and coordinate with the supply chain and logistics.
14. Analyze sales data and digital marketing performance to optimize.
