About the Job
You will be trained for first 4 months on the following1. Marketplace Management:
Oversee daily operations on Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit etc , including listing, inventory, pricing, and promotions. Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines to maintain account health.
2. Listing Optimization:
Create, update, and optimize product listings with compelling content, high-ranking keywords, and A+ content. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
3. Advertising & Promotions:
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads to drive traffic and improve ROI. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize sales and minimize ACoS
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, customer trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities. Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
5. Inventory & Order Management:
Coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking. Handle order fulfillment processes and resolve logistical issues.
