This is a full-time Hybrid-role for Customer Service Executive at YogaAmie.Key responsibilities:
1. Interact with callers and provide them with information regarding our partnered wellness centers.
2. Understand the needs of the callers.
3. Communicate to them the relevant information regarding the wellness packages.
4. Manage the leads effectively.
5. Make outbound follow-up calls.
6. Update proper notes in the CRM system.
7. Convert the leads to meet the sales goals.
