We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive who understands the world of social media algorithms and goes beyond it to churn out quality content.
Key responsibilities:
A. Content Strategy & Creation
1. Develop and implement a content strategy for social media channels that reflects 2. Lemon Yellow and its client's voice meet the audience's needs.
3. Ideate original and out-of-the-box content across various formats (posts, videos, reels, stories, showreels, etc.).
4. Maintain a balance between trend-driven content and LY's core communication goals in line with the brand book.
5. Contribute to UX writing for clients’ websites and apps, ensuring clarity and consistency that positively impacts the overall user experience.
6. Support additional content needs such as writing blogs for LY's website and clients, as required.
B. Support for Internal Teams
1. Assist teams like HR, Business, and UX with content for internal communication and external campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
C. Content Quality & Community Management
1. Review all content for grammatical accuracy, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
2. Ensure pixel-perfect output with attention to every detail, tone, and visual element.
3. Engage with the online community – respond to comments, DMs, and build rapport with followers.
D. Performance Analysis & Reporting
1. Track and analyze post-performance, engagement, and reach across platforms.
2. Create insightful weekly/monthly reports with data-backed observations and recommendations for improvement.
E. Team Collaboration & Time Management
1. Work closely with designers, TLs, and digital marketing team members to develop and execute campaigns.
2. Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are adhered to by all involved stakeholders.
F. Trend Analysis & Social Media Expertise
1. Monitor market trends and audience behavior to leverage them creatively for content creation.
2. Stay updated with platform algorithms, best posting practices, and emerging social platforms.
3. Identify opportunities in the social media landscape and assess their fit with LY's identity.
