About the Job
Key responsibilities:Client Success & Relationship Management (CS/GRE)
1. Handle client queries, requests, and feedback across calls, messages, and emails.
2. Log interactions and manage client data using Google Sheets/Excel.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and quick issue resolution.
4. Conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
5. Be part of team discussions, feedback sessions, and service improvement plans.
Growth & Business Development
1. Proactively reach out to potential clients via digital and offline channels.
2. Build relationships with gyms, fitness communities, influencers, and partner brands.
3. Spot new growth opportunities by tracking trends and collecting feedback.
4. Support marketing team with focused outreach campaigns for lead generation.
5. Help scale Baésic Fit across Mumbai — one gym, one influencer, one client at a time.
