Location- Chennai (work from office)
Skills - clinicals, vitals monitoring, analysis, documentation
Experience: Freshers are also welcome
Rotational Shifts (night shift included)
Key responsibilities:
1. Continuous Monitoring - Real-time tracking of patient vitals and ECG, analyze trends, improve monitoring accuracy.
2. Alert Management - Validate alerts to reduce false positives, prioritize by severity, escalate emergencies immediately.
3. Record Maintenance - Document alerts and actions, maintain secure records, generate reports for quality improvement.
4. Follow-Up & Assessment - Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess patient conditions, ensure effective interventions, refine monitoring process.
5. Collaboration - Work with support executives remotely for accurate data collection, improve coordination and processes.
6. Emergency Communication - Maintain direct channels with medical teams, implement and practice rapid response protocols.
7. Training & Support - Train and guide healthcare staff and hospital executives on monitoring systems, data interpretation, and escalation procedures.
