Key responsibilities:1. Build & deliver Amazon Prime Video campaigns on time with quality
2. Maintain trackers & workflow tools; meet daily goals
3. Achieve SLA, productivity & quality KPIs
4. Resolve customer-facing tickets with 100% SLA compliance
5. Follow SOPs; identify & escalate errors to SMEs
6. Contribute process improvements/Kaizens; suggest automation ideas
7. Support root cause analysis with SMEs
8. Work flexibly in rotational shifts
