About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Regular follow-up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and organize workshops and information sessions for potential clients.
2. Ensure a high conversion rate of all leads-telephonic, forwarded and referrals to successfully achieve the performance goals
3. Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updating of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
4. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
5. Reach out to potential candidates through data calling and follow-ups.
