Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle sales requirements by contacting prospects/leads both by phone and WhatsApp to understand their requirements 
2. Inform them about our products/services or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Enter and update customer information in the database/CRM.
5. Support the order processing where necessary.
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
7. Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
8. Generate revenues
9. Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
10. Share the details with the team lead/management; provide suggestions from time to time.
