About the Job
As a Business Development Executive at Bizknowmics, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in marketing and sales, possesses excellent communication skills.Key responsibilities:
1. Acquire new supporters.
2. Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals, etc.
3. Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.
4. Maintain organised hard and soft files of all fundraising information.
5. Participate in the day-to-day work of the organisation – such as reporting, attending team and Board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
6. Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role
