About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Lead generation & conversion:
1. Manage leads from WhatsApp campaigns, social media, Google ads, and offline workshops.
2. Call, counsel, and follow up with parents to convert leads into demo classes and final enrollments.
3. Maintain strong conversion ratios and admission targets.
B. D2C campaign execution:
1. Coordinate and conduct offline/online demo sessions and trial classes.
2. Plan and support community events, open houses, and free workshops at centers to attract direct enrollments.
3. Implement referral programs and group discounts to increase organic outreach.
C. CRM & reporting:
1. Track and manage leads using CRM tools and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
2. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for D2C campaign performance.
3. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for the smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
D. Parent relationship management:
1. Be the first point of contact for parents—understand their needs, offer suitable programs, and ensure trust and satisfaction.
2. Upsell and cross-sell create courses and long-term learning paths.
E. Feedback & market insights:
1. Collect feedback from parents to improve offerings and inform marketing strategy.
2. Analyze competition, pricing strategies, and new trends in D2C EdTech sales.
