2. Handling inbound calls from interested customers and providing them with detailed information about our programs.
3. Following up with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients in MS-Excel for future reference.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to set appointments for product demonstrations and meetings.
6. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys over the phone to gather feedback and improve our services.
7. Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall success of the sales and marketing team.
