Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Legal Research & Executive Assistant to support the founder directly, streamline operations, manage teams, and leverage AI tools for efficiency. This role combines executive support, legal research, and team coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities:
A. Executive Support
1. Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
2. Draft documents, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups
3. Record and draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM): circulate with actionable items and track follow-ups
B. Legal & PR Assistance (with AI-Driven Efficiency)
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Gamma, etc.) for legal briefs, pitch decks, data analysis, and presentations
Support legal documentation, maintain case files, and coordinate PR events
Assist in client and stakeholder communications
C. Team Supervision & Operations
1. Oversee team onboarding and orientation
2. Manage daily operations: timesheets, milestones, leave records, and performance tracking
3. Prepare business updates and progress reports for partners and clients
4. Foster internal communication, resolve workflow queries, and enforce organizational protocols
