About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Associate Industrial and Production Engineer to join our team at Binashree Company. If you have expertise in AutoCAD, mechanical and electrical product design, as well as excellent written English proficiency and MS-Excel skills, we want to hear from you!Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to create and optimize product designs using AutoCAD.
2. Develop and implement production processes to ensure efficiency and quality in manufacturing.
3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
4. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for production.
5. Monitor and analyze production data using MS-Excel to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
6. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and increase productivity in the production process.
8. Need to know about the vacuum casting and injection molding process, all quality parameters
