Key responsibilities:
1. Lead Center Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of an educational center, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for every student.
2. Build and Mentor a Team: Guide, motivate, and manage a team of instructors and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture that delivers outstanding educational services.
3. Drive Student Engagement: Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student satisfaction and promote a vibrant community.
4. Manage Student Lifecycle: Handle all aspects of student enrollment, including admissions and fee collection, ensuring a seamless and welcoming process.
5. Analyze and Report: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress, and use data to inform operational improvements.
6. Increase Outreach: Generate leads and manage student inquiries, converting them into enrollments and helping grow our community.
Openings are at the following centers
1. Central Line - Dombivali & Thane.
2. Western Line - Andheri, Borivali East.
3. Harbor Line - Chembur, Vashi & Nerul.
